REMIFACE ("we", "our", "the app") is a facial self-care app that helps you scan, track, and improve your daily face-care routine. This policy explains what information REMIFACE collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

The short version

• Your face scans are analyzed on your device. Scan photos are not uploaded anywhere by default.
• We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
• You can delete every scan and photo on your device at any time from Settings.
• We don't ask for more than we need, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

Information we collect

Face scans and photos. When you take a face scan, REMIFACE uses your device's camera and Apple's on-device Vision and ARKit frameworks to analyze facial landmarks and generate your score. This processing happens entirely on your device. Your scan photos are stored locally on your device (so your progress history and before/after comparisons work), and are not transmitted to our servers unless a future feature explicitly asks for your consent to do so (for example, an optional AI-generated report). We will always ask first.

Purchase information. Subscriptions are handled by Apple and our subscription platform, RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription status information (such as which plan you're on and whether your trial or subscription is active) so we can unlock the features you've paid for. This is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.

Data you choose to share. If you contact support, we'll have whatever information you include in that message (like your email address).

What we don't collect. REMIFACE does not require you to create an account to use its core features, does not access your contacts, location, or health records, and does not use advertising identifiers or third-party ad tracking (we don't show ads).

How we use information

• To generate your face score, written feedback, and daily ritual recommendations.
• To track your progress over time (your re-scan history and score chart).
• To process and manage your subscription, including free trials and renewals.
• To respond to support requests.

Your choices

You can delete all of your scans and photos at any time from Settings → Your data → Delete all scans and photos. This removes them from your device immediately and permanently.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings, and restore a previous purchase from the Paywall or Settings screen.

Children's privacy

REMIFACE is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy — for example, if we introduce a feature that sends photos off-device — we'll update this page and, where required, ask for your consent before the change takes effect.
